  • Primary Target Market: Singapore. We provide fully optimized door-to-door courier delivery across all regions of Singapore.

2. Shipping Fees

To eliminate friction and maintain full transparency, BOONT offers standard shipping completely free of charge:

  • Standard Courier Shipping Fee: $0.00 USD (100% Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden structural surcharges at checkout).

3. Order Processing & Transit Timelines

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and secure packaging process before dispatch. Our timelines are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays):

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Singapore Standard Time / SGT), Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5:00 PM will commence processing on the subsequent business day.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our carrier networks within this window.
  • Transit Time (Delivery Duration): 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the duration from the moment the package leaves our facility to its final arrival at your designated shipping destination.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days from the time of purchase.

4. Shipment Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Within 24 hours of your package being dispatched from our fulfillment hub, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and an active carrier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package 24/7 through our website or via the carrier’s live portal.

5. Address Corrections & Missing Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address, postal code, and contact phone number are entered correctly during checkout. If you detect an error in your shipping information, you must notify us immediately at info@boont.shop within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the dispatch or shipping phase, we cannot modify the delivery address, and BOONT cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives with visible physical damage, please document the condition with clear photographs and contact us at info@boont.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking details indicate that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, or building management first. If the package remains untraceable after 3 business days past the carrier's marked delivery date, please contact us so we can open a formal investigation with the courier and resolve the issue via a full replacement or refund.
