1. 30-Day Free Return Window
You have the legal right to change your mind and return any product purchased from BOONT within thirty (30) calendar days from the official date of delivery recorded by the carrier network.
- Return Surcharges / Restocking Fees: $0.00 USD. We do not charge restocking fees or administrative handling penalties under any circumstances.
- Return Shipping Cost: Free. BOONT covers the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return request is officially authorized.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in a condition that respects our return ecosystem:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of cosmetic marks, scratches, or wear.
- The item must remain in its original factory packaging, including all inner protective plastic layers, tags, inserts, and structural components.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as your BOONT order confirmation number or checkout receipt) must accompany the return request.
3. Step-by-Step Return Procedure
To return an item successfully, you must strictly follow this official workflow to prevent processing delays:
- Initiate Request: Send an email to our official customer care portal at info@boont.shop, specifying your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Prepaid Label: Our customer care team will evaluate your request within 24 business hours. Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid shipping label along with explicit drop-off instructions.
- Pack Securely: Securely place the item in its original box and container, affix the printed prepaid return label to the exterior of the parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Note: Do not ship items back to the corporate registration address listed on our Contact page or to any address not explicitly authorized by our team. Returns sent without a prior official authorization label will be rejected.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, structurally compromised, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us instantly at info@boont.shop. Provide clear pictures or a short video demonstrating the fault. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement item or process a full refund, covering all associated costs. You will not be required to pay anything out of pocket.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
We believe in swift financial settlement. Once your return package is delivered to our fulfillment verification facility, our team will inspect the items within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Refund Authorization: Upon successful inspection, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method (e.g., your credit/debit card, PayPal account, or Apple Pay).
- Refund Settlement Window: The funds will be fully processed and visible in your account within 10 calendar days. Please note that the exact time for the credit to appear depends entirely on your financial institution's processing infrastructure.
